Effective as of 15 December 2025, Petr Doškář was discharged from office as Executive Officer of NET4GAS Holdings, s.r.o. Martin Kašák was simultaneously appointed as the new Executive Officer effective as of 16 December 2025. Svatopluk Vnouček, the other Executive Officer at NET4GAS Holdings, s.r.o., remains in office. Petr Doškář was also discharged from office as a member of the Supervisory Board of NET4GAS, s.r.o., effective as of 16 December 2025.
